Ultrasonic Testing (UT)

We provide high-quality, mechanical maintenance solutions.

UT is a form of non-destructive testing that uses propagation of ultrasonic waves in an object or material being tested to detect anomalies. Ultrasonic testing is typically performed on steel and other metals or alloys as well as wood, concrete and composites that will allow the transmission of sound waves. UT is often used to measure thickness of test object such as piping, pressure vessels and similar assets to detect and trend corrosion. However, is also a valuable technique to detect flaws in new fabrication (i.e. welds) or existing fabricated components for regular and environmental damage (i.e. Cracking mechanisms).

We’re more than an asset management company, we’re a safety company, by providing integrated services that combine advanced technology solutions with a focused and driven work ethic  redefining what an MI and maintenance service provider can offer.
